19 year old Dylan Jones was recently diagnosed with a Glioblastoma brain tumor. Though Dylan has undergone surgical procedures to remove the tumor, he is now on a long road to recovery which includes chemo and radiation treatments. The event will be held at the Long Branch Saloon with a $5.00 cover charge. You must be 21. The event begins at 10 pm. Kenny Jones will be performing.
On Thursday, February 21st the Oldtown VFD Auxiliary will hold a hoagie/salad sale. Orders should be placed with any member of the Department or Auxiliary by Sunday, February 17th or call (301) 759-2917.

This year's theme is "Scouting...Creating Tomorrow's Superheroes." The Potomac Council's annual event is held at the Country Club Mall in LaVale MD. Lots of activities for the public to enjoy - kids as well as adults. Come out and see the fun of Scouting.

February 16, 2PM A reading and reception for the 2013 Backbone Mountain Review (BMR) literary journal will be held in the Allegany Arts Council's Community Room in Downtown Cumberland.
